What does the Client Portal do?
Wondering what you can do with our handy-dandy Client Portal? Well, the Portal allows you to view your insurance cards, documents, and certificates. We’ll explain in more detail.
1. You can print insurance ID cards.
If you have commercial auto insurance with us, you might need another copy of your insurance card. That’s something you can handle quickly through the Client Portal, which allows you to print out your own copies. You’ll be able to find the cards for each of your vehicles.
2. You can get Certificates of Insurance.
You can also use the Client Portal to get your Certificate of Insurance. If you ever need to handle anything related to your certificates, you can use the Client Portal to do so. It’s quick, efficient, and easy.
3. You can add Certificate Holders.
If you ever need to add a certificate holder, you can – you guessed it – sign into the Client Portal. That request will go to your account manager, who will be able to assist with adding the certificate holder and take care of that for you.
You can also view your current certificate holders through the client portal.
Does it work on mobile?
Chances are you spend a lot of time on your phone – we all do, right? And that’s why the portal is mobile-friendly. So, if you’re on the move and want to access something through the portal and the only device you have with you is your phone, no worries! You shouldn’t have any problems.
How can I get signed up for the Client Portal?
