Kristina Insley, President & Co-Owner

Kristina started in the insurance world in 2002 after a career in retail management. Over the years she moved up the ranks before opening her own agency, Insley Insurance.

In 2018, Insley Insurance merged with InsuranceHub. Kristina became responsible for the commercial sales team and has helped grow it to the size it is today. She is well-versed in all lines of commercial insurance and the trucking niche holding a CIC and TRS designation. She is passionate about helping commercial clients understand their coverages and mitigate their costs and risks.

Kristina and her husband have eight children and are active members in the local community as well as 12Stone Church.

Chris Vickers, Co-Owner & Senior Vice President

Chris Vickers oversees all aspects of personal lines for InsuranceHub Leavitt's Atlanta location. With over 30 years of experience in personal lines insurance, he focuses on improving both the coverages and the rate for all InsuranceHub clients.

Chris started at the Leavitt Group in 1994 after graduating with a Bachelors of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Chris quickly established himself as one of the leading personal lines agents in the southeast with his experienced product knowledge, customer service, and ability to build lasting relationships with his clients.

In 2021, when Leavitt Atlanta and InsuranceHub merged, Chris became responsible for all personal lines insurance throughout the agency.  Through Chris's strong leadership, he has grown the department to new heights and implemented standards and procedures that benefit both clients and staff.

Chris and his wife Patti are the parents of two children, and believe in giving back to the community by working with the United Methodist Children’s Home as foster parents for local Georgia children in need of a home. In his free time he enjoys cycling, running, cross-fit, and tennis.

Nancy Plaisted joined the agency in 1996 and brings nearly 30 years of insurance industry experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Operations. A key member of the executive team, she leads agency operations with a focus on strategy, efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement. Nancy has played a vital role in streamlining workflows, supporting growth, and fostering collaboration across operations, HR, payroll, and finance, creating a strong foundation for employee and agent success.

With over 21 years of insurance industry experience, Chrisann has been with the InsuranceHub team since 2004. She proudly oversees the service department for Commercial Lines. She excels in ensuring that our customers are well taken care of and covered in any situation.

Associate Vice President
Chrissy oversees the DOT and FMCSA compliance division. She works closely with motor carriers and safety teams to support regulatory compliance, promote driver legitimacy and uphold federal safety standards across transportation operations. She also serves on the board of Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children’s Shelter and is the organizer of the Sip & Swine BBQ Festival, reflecting her ongoing commitment to community involvement.

Jim Lloyd Retires After 40 Years of Leadership at InsuranceHub

It’s not every day we get to celebrate the retirement of someone who built the very foundation we stand on, but today, we have that honor. After 40 years of leading InsuranceHub with vision, determination, and a famously quick wit, our founder Jim Lloyd is officially retiring. Jim and his wife Cindy launched this company in 1985 with a big idea and even bigger ambition. Along the way, he built a business that thrives on relationships, innovation, and trust. He guided our team through changing times, empowered generations of insurance professionals, and somehow managed to find a little levity even in the most serious board meetings.We’ll miss his daily leadership, but Jim’s influence will continue to shape who we are and how we serve. Please join us in wishing Jim a well-earned retirement filled with travel, family time, and maybe a quick nap on the beach.Thank you, Jim. Your legacy lives on.
