Insurance Account Executive

We’ve just expanded our main campus and we’re searching for an experienced and energetic entry level Inside Sales Representatives to join our fast growing, tech-savvy insurance agency. As an Account Executive – Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will leverage the incoming leads that we provide, call on existing referrals, and utilize some truly great prospecting tools. This role is base salary plus commission in a fast paced environment where every day brings a new challenge. A successful Inside Sales Representative will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission and expand their income capacity through years 2 and 3 in the role.

You will learn about all types of insurance and will need to be self-motivated. Each new account will add to your income in this base plus commission position. An individual with the ability to position themselves and network in order to build deep-rooted relationships in the community will find success with InsuranceHub in a virtually recession-proof career.

To the right Inside Sales Representative, we offer:

  • Base plus commission with $40,000 – $50,000 first year on target earnings

Requirements:

  • Be cool. Culture is very important to us
  • Some form of Sales Experience – this is the most important requirement
  • Prefer a minimum of 2 years experience selling insurance, this is NOT a requirement – if you are the BEST in Sales you should apply
  • Proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems
  • Ability to consult and advise
  • Desire to impress your customers by exceeding their expectations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Goal oriented mindset – being given a challenge makes work fun
