InsuranceHub is like a big family, from our top-notch team of insurance agents to our wonderful clients. And we are very pleased to announce that our family is about to grow as Wike Insurance merges with us! We are so happy to welcome Wike Insurance to Team InsuranceHub.
Here at InsuranceHub, we’ve always thought of ourselves as being a big family. And today we’re pleased to announce that Atlanta Insurance Mart has merged with InsuranceHub, so they are now a part of our InsuranceHub family! Louis Zurzolo and Atlanta Insurance Mart have long served clients in Georgia and the Southeast and helped them with their insurance needs. The agency has been around for over 30 years, and they take pride in the work they do and in the relationships they’ve formed.
Managers and executives at InsuranceHub are a far cry from unapproachable. So, it’s no wonder Chrisann Richards (the powerhouse over our agency’s Transportation, Commercial Accounts, and Personal Lines Insurance divisions) was just able to wave me over between assisting an agent with their customer’s insurance experience and an impromptu executive meeting.
When most insurance agencies talk about wanting to be on the “cutting edge of technology,” it’s hard to figure out where to start. That’s because innovating with new technologies is tough to do without a clear goal of what the agency wants to bring to the table. So, how did InsuranceHub establish a clear goal to live, breathe, and truly operate as a technology-driven agency?
The answer is CORA.
This holiday season, our family here at InsuranceHub decided to do something to give back to the community. We wanted to share some holiday joy by supporting a cause dear to our hearts, the Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children’s Shelter. The nonprofit is dedicated to helping homeless children and their mothers in the Gwinnett County area, and they also help young women who age out of the foster system at 18. The Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children’s Shelter doesn’t just provide a safe, nurturing home for the families – they help the mothers by creating customized life plans with them and giving them the tools they need to get on the path to independence.
Here at InsuranceHub, we believe in treating people the way that we would want to be treated. It’s called the Golden Rule for a reason, after all. And being in the insurance industry is about more than just numbers, policies, and quotes – it’s about people. To us, that means both our customers and our fellow teammates! We want to look out for people, help people, and occasionally bring food for people. It’s all part of the InsuranceHub method.
Every year, InsuranceHub puts on a little friendly holiday cooking competition. What can we say? We love food, and we love a good competition. (But we’re not at all competitive. Not at all.) Anyways, this year we did a Bake-off with each of our contestants bringing in delectable baked goods. We had pies, we had cakes, we had cupcakes! It was a delicious day here at InsuranceHub.
We’ve got an announcement to make: InsuranceHub is pleased to welcome Insley Insurance to our team. Insley will now be part of the InsuranceHub family, and we want to extend warm greetings and a hearty “welcome aboard!” to our new teammates.

When I look back on the insurance industry, I can’t help but notice how fast things are changing. Today’s insurance world isn’t the same as it was even fifteen years ago, and I think it’s those changes and my observations over the years that have inspired me to share my thoughts on our blog (that and my marketing director said I should.) I’ve been in the insurance and small business world for a long time – just don’t ask me how long! My business, InsuranceHub, has been on quite the journey since we’ve started, and to kick off this new section of our blog I thought I’d reflect on how we got to where we are.
If there are any 2 things we love here at InsuranceHub more than helping our clients, it's the holiday season and potlucks! This year, we combined those 2 passions and had ourselves a little contest. In fact, it was a battle: The Battle of The Holiday Dishes.
On Wednesday, November 30th, our 3 main offices had a Battle of the Holiday Dishes! Each office was given a category to compete and the winning dish from each office is featured below:
- Duluth was competing in the dessert category
- Atlanta was competing in the entrée category
- Douglasville was competing in the appetizer category
